In-house automation team designs and integrates production equipment. Line compatibility is a design input from day one, not a retrofit.

Common Questions

How long does molded fiber prototyping take?
Prototype mold + samples: 15 days. Mass production mold: 30 days. Design to serial production: ~3-4 months for a straightforward product with a fast feedback loop.
Is molded fiber packaging more expensive than plastic?
Highly depends on the product requirements and functionality. Wet press tooling may costs more upfront but results may change with fewer prototype rounds. We’ll run those numbers at the feasibility stage
Can molded fiber replace plastic for liquid or moisture applications?
In many cases, yes — through lamination or coating. It adds cost and affects recyclability, which we flag upfront. We’ll confirm what’s viable for your application before any tooling commitment.
